ORTAKLAŞA SUB-GRANT PROGRAMME’S FIRST CALL FOR PROPOSALS IS NOW OPEN!

Implemented by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) with the support of the European Union and in partnership with Culture Action Europe (CAE) and collaboration with the Marmara Municipalities Union (MBB), the Ortaklaşa: Culture, Dialogue and Support Programme’s first Call for Proposals of the 2026-2029 period has been launched. The call made within the scope of the Ortaklaşa Sub-Grant Programme aims to strengthen the dialogue and fair cultural cooperations between municipalities and civil society organisations (CSOs) active in the field of arts and culture in Türkiye.

About the Sub-Grant Programme

We invite the civil society organisations and municipalities to cooperation in an effort to strengthen the local cultural ecosystem. In the period of 2026–2029, the Ortaklaşa Sub-Grant Programme will provide approximately 1.9 million euros of support to creative projects on the local level.

In this new phase, our program acquires an international dimension with the Culture Action Europe partnership and establishes cultural cooperations between Türkiye and Europe. Together, we are expanding the impact of grantee projects through our mentorship and advocacy works in addition to financial support.

Calendar and Applications

As of March 2026, we are going to make three separate calls for project proposals. Our goal is to jointly contribute to the development of participatory, inclusive, and lasting local cultural policies. You may follow this page for updates and detailed information on the open calls.
