We invite the civil society organisations and municipalities to cooperation in an effort to strengthen the local cultural ecosystem. In the period of 2026–2029, the Ortaklaşa Sub-Grant Programme will provide approximately 1.9 million euros of support to creative projects on the local level.
In this new phase, our program acquires an international dimension with the Culture Action Europe partnership and establishes cultural cooperations between Türkiye and Europe. Together, we are expanding the impact of grantee projects through our mentorship and advocacy works in addition to financial support.
Local Cultural Policies: Support the creation of cultural policies that include everyone on the local level.
Fair Cooperations: Develop projects that strengthen the cooperation between CSOs and municipalities.
Capacity Building: Empower cultural professionals in the fields of cultural management and policies.
Experience Sharing: Enable the flow of knowledge and experience between cities of Türkiye and Europe.
International Cultural Cooperation: Establish long-term bonds with Europe based on diversity, inclusivity, and fundamental rights.
As of March 2026, we are going to make three separate calls for project proposals. Our goal is to jointly contribute to the development of participatory, inclusive, and lasting local cultural policies. You may follow this page for updates and detailed information on the open calls.
Ortaklaşa Sub-Grant Programme’s first call for proposals was open between 17 March and 18 May 2026. An online information session was held on 27 March, followed by a Q&A session on 17 April 2026.
You can follow updates on the open call schedule through our website and Ortaklaşa’s social media channels.
