The second phase of the Ortaklaşa: Culture, Dialogue and Support Programme, implemented by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) with the support of the European Union, is beginning.
The new phase of the program, focusing on NGO-municipality collaborations and featuring extensive support and mentoring from local projects to European-scale dialogue, will be shared with the public through a press conference.
