Sprouting from İKSV’s years long experience, the Ortaklaşa community forms a lasting network that brings together civil society representatives, municipal professionals, artists, and academics from over a hundred organisations across Türkiye.
This community is a live network of solidarity founded on the organic bonds forged by the 13 projects during the first phase of Ortaklaşa. With the new projects that will join us in the second phase, we will enlarge this network both on the national and the international scale.
Our goal is to contribute to a democratic ecosystem where professionals from different cities and different fields of expertise learn from one another, build long-term cooperations, and create sustainable impacts beyond the grant processes.

In groups divided according to respective fields of interest, we produce new policy suggestions through peer learning and field research
We join the networks in Europe through our project partner CAE and enable the sustainability of the local governments’ effectiveness and representation in these networks through MBB
